Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis (AIGGPA) came into existence in May 2014 as a registered body of Government of Madhya Pradesh under Public Service Management Department. TheInstitute works in collaboration with stakeholders like Academia, Civil Society Organization, Private sector etc to recommend policies, schemes, action plans etc to state government for efficient and effectivemanagement of government programs. As a part of the endeavour, AIGGPA is organizing PhD Colloquium for young PhD scholars of Madhya Pradesh with a view to provide mentorship platform for young scholars in Madhya Pradesh and to guide them in their PhD research work. This colloquium will act as a platform to connect young researchers sharing similar research interest to boost collaboration and rigour in research activities. The aim of organizing the colloquium is to improve the quality of research in the state
